Q.Will my dipping food and chocolate be fresh?
A. Absolutely. We never re-use chocolate and always use fresh fruit, which is purchased and prepared on the day of your event.
Q. How do I know your product is safe to use?
A. Firstly, we hold valid food hygiene certificates. Secondly, we are currently working with our local Environmental Health Officer (E.H.O) to prove that we are operating as we should. Even if you choose not to hire from us, we recommend that you make sure that whoever you hire from is registered as a food business and is also checked by your local E.H.O.
Q.Why are you cheaper than some of your competitors?
A. We are priced as we are because we believe that it is a fair reflection of the UK market average. We do not believe in charging over the odds prices, but we do believe that we provide an efficient and professional service, so we price ourselves accordingly.
Q.Why do you think your product is better?
A. We believe our product is better because we ensure that everyone is welcomed and shown how to use the fountain when they approach. This not only results in better hygiene, but we believe it is also much more professional.
Furthermore, we believe that our display and lighting is more versatile and unique. The brands we use are Traxon and Art de Buffet, by Zieher. They both provide very high quality equipment.
Q. Do you require a deposit?
A. Yes, we require a £75 deposit to reserve the date for you, which is non-returnable should you cancel 2 weeks prior to the event. The remaining balance should be paid in the week before the event.
